Madison Mayor Ranae Bartlett presented the coin at last night’s Madison City Council meeting.
Before entering public office, Chairman McCutcheon served thde region for 25 years with the Huntsville Police Department, where he worked in a variety of roles, including training and community engagement. “Chairman McCutcheon is widely respected for his integrity, humility, and steady leadership. His decades of service have helped shape Madison County into one of the most dynamic and forward-looking regions in the state of Alabama,” said Mayor Bartlett. “The City of Madison is honored to recognize Chairman Mac McCutcheon for his distinguished career in public service and for his many contributions to the success and prosperity of our city and the entire Madison County community.”
