Kenneth Smith, 55, of Madison passed away Friday, Sept. 30.

Funeral services were Sunday, Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. at Madison Chapel Funeral Home with burial at Fowlkes Cemetery. Visitation was from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith is survived by three step-children, Connie White, Michael Hamm & Amy Hamm; two sisters, Betty Webb and Debbie Allen; and three step-grandchildren.
