Police search for armed robber

Huntsville Police said a man walked into the Simply Fashion store located on North Memorial Parkway near Sparkman Drive armed with a rifle about 6:30pm Saturday evening and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. According to witnesses the man fled south and apparently dropped some of the cash as witnesses saw cash scattered on the parking lot. No injuries were reported although HEMSI did respond to treat one person inside the store for shock.
