HUNTSVILLE — Sci-Quest Hands-on Science Center will host Parents’ Night Out on Feb. 14 for Valentine’s Day.

Drop-off will open at 5:30 p.m. Children’s activities will run from 6 to 10 p.m.

“Children will enjoy a pizza dinner, movie and play time on the exhibit floor at the new Sci-Quest location in Huntsville at 1435 Paramount Drive,” marketing manager Jennifer Deermer said.

The young guests will learn more about “candy creations, what makes things taste sweet and make their own candies and treats to take home,” Deermer said.

Parents’ Night Out is open to four- through 12-year-olds. Cost is $23 for the first child and $18 for each additional child. Sci-Quest members will receive a 10-percent discount.

Advanced registrations are required. For more information, call 256-837-0606 or visit sci-quest.org to register online.
