MADISON – The Youth Services Department at Madison Public Library will host “Countdown to Kindergarten” on Feb. 4.
“This program is geared toward children who are starting kindergarten in the fall,” Youth Services Clerk Lisa Blackmon said. The library introduced this session last year.
“Countdown to Kindergarten” will run from 10 to 11 a.m. “The library will have an assortment of activities to build skills that are essential for school success, such as cutting, gluing and number/letter recognition,” Blackmon said.
