‘Jammin’ with the Jets’ rally to open basketball season

MADISON – James Clemens Hardwoods Booster Club is sponsoring “Jammin’ with the Jets,” a black-light pep rally to kick off the 2017-2018 basketball season.

James Clemens player hope the entire community will attend the rally on Oct. 21 in the gymnasium. Doors will open at 5:15 p.m. The blackout with black lights will start at 7 p.m.

The audience will enjoy food, prizes, music, giveaways, a dunking contest and three-point contest. James Clemens basketball athletes will play an intra-squad game.

A meet-the-players session will allow visitors to meet the basketball players one on one. Photo ops also will be available.

“See you under the black lights. Wear white and bring your glow sticks,” Patrice O’Donnell said. O’Donnell chairs James Clemens’ Social Science Department.
