Main Event opens today in Bridge Street Town Center

First 200 in line on February 25th receive free laser tag for a year! Doors open at 12:00pm!

HUNTSVILLE – Main Event will officially open its 46th family entertainment center at noon today in the Bridge Street Town Center.

According to Main Ecent, the nearly 50,000-square-foot venue features 22 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, each with unique technology and luxury seating, games, virtual reality experiences, high-flying gravity ropes and billiards. The Huntsville Main Event will also be one of the few Main Event centers in the country to have Multiball, a new attraction that combines digital gaming with interactive sports, a private VIP bowling lane, and an elevated bar area with clear sight lines so parents can have fun while watching their children.

“As a company focused on connecting people in meaningful ways and building memories that will last a lifetime, we are excited to call Huntsville home,” said Chris Morris, President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Event Entertainment. “We couldn’t be more proud to open our 46th location, and first in Alabama, and bring fun, games and memories to the Huntsville community.  In addition to a fun venue, we are proud to bring nearly 200 new jobs to the Huntsville community.”

To celebrate, Main Event will invite guests to join a ribbon cutting ceremony at the grand opening from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will open its doors to the public at 12 p.m on February 25. The first 200 in line to enter the new center will receive free laser tag for a year.

“We cannot wait to bring our one-of-a-kind experience to Huntsville,” said Justin Hutchins, General Manager of Main Event Huntsville. “There is no family entertainment center that can bring people together for a day or night of fun like Main Event and we’re so excited to make memories with our new Huntsville neighbors.”

Main Event has created a fundraising initiative, “Pins for Purpose” that will help “Still Serving Veterans”. Starting on February 25 through March 4, Main Event will launch “Pins for a Purpose”, for every strike bowled on Lane 1, Main Event will donate $10 with the goal of reaching $10,000. This will be donated to Still Serving Veterans. Please see here for additional details on Still Serving Veterans.

In addition to their partnership with Still Serving Veterans, Main Event is partnering with MiLB AA Huntsville Trash Pandas. They will be sponsoring the Main Event Moment of the game and birthday celebrations as well as, operating the Toyota Field “Kid Zone” playground.

The new center will be open Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight. For more information, visit mainevent.com/huntsville.
