Kenneth Jackson defeats John Seifert for Madison City Council – Dist. 7

The results are starting to come in for Madison’s municipal election. In District 7, incumbent John Seifert congratulated his challenger Kenneth Jackson for the city council district 7.

Seifert stated on Facebook, “Hard fought race and my hats off to my competitor Kenneth Jackson, the district 7 council representative for the upcoming term. Thanks to all those that supported me through this process. It has truly been an honor and pleasure serving the city. I wish my opponent well as he goes on to represent everyone.
