FCA Ladies Huddle to feature local guest speaker Kim Beasley

MADISON – The Northeast Alabama Chapter of the Fellowship Christian Athletes (FCA) is hosting its next in a longline of Ladies Huddles on Friday, Sept. 25 beginning at noon at Rocket City Tavern located in Redstone Gateway on Rideout Road just outside Gate 9 of Redstone Arsenal. Guest speaker will be Kim Beasley.

A native of Huntsville, Beasley attended both Lee High School and UAH, and is an avid sports fan, particularly college football and softball. She and her husband, Brett, have three adult children, two of whom make up the popular music band The Beasley Brothers who began their musical trek in Huntsville, but are now based in Nashville. Kim and Brett are also proud grandparents to two grandsons.

The Beasley husband- wife serve together on the FCA Madison County West Board.

Beasley will address the attendees at the Huddle on “The Lists We Make.” She will speak on the contrasts on everyday lists with the things God intentionally tells us to write, remember and live by in his words.

Lunch will be served for attendees, but limited seating is available and there is no admission required, but donations to the FCA are encouraged, beginning at $20.

The Ladies Huddle is carrying the banner of “Behind The Bench” for this event and follow the FCA moniker of “engage, equip and empower.”
