The following is the Madison Police Department Incident Report from April 13-19:

April 13

  • Domestic violence, third degree (harassment, family), and domestic violence, third degree (criminal mischief), from the 100 block of Portal Lane.
  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft, second degree, from the 1000 block of Woodbine Road.
  • Criminal trespass, second degree, from the 600 block of Hughes Road.
  • Notification of registration with local law enforcement from the 300 block of Lanier Road.
  • Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 200 block of Dusty Trail.
  • Violation of a domestic violence order from the 100 block of Royal Drive.
  • Assault from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.
  • Identity theft from the 100 block of Equestrian Lane.
  • Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 4000 block of Wall Triana Highway.
  • Interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 100 block of Continental Drive.
  • Domestic violence, third degree (simple assault, family), and domestic violence, third degree (criminal mischief), from the 100 block of Lonesome Court.

 

April 14

  • Theft, fourth degree, and prostitution prohibited from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.
  • Theft, second degree, from the 100 block of Briargate Lane.
  • Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 7000 block of Highway 72 West.
  • Harassment from the 200 block of Lime Quarry Road.
  • Identity theft from the 100 block of Coatbridge Lane.

 

April 15

  • Domestic violence, third degree (criminal trespass), from the 100 block of Royal Drive.
  • Domestic violence, third degree (harassing communications), from the 400 block of Clydebank Drive.

 

April 16

  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft, second degree, from the 100 block of Royal Drive.
  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Morning Vista Drive.
  • Harassing communications from the 200 block of Autumn Ashe Road.
  • Child in need of supervision from the 10000 block of County Line Road.
  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft, third degree, from the 100 block of Morning Vista Drive.

 

April 17

  • Burglary, third degree, and theft, second degree, from the 100 block of Village Lane.
  • Theft, third degree, from the 100 block of Village Lane.
  • Menacing from the 600 block of Balch Road.
  • Attempted burglary, third degree (force, residence), from the 100 block of Abby Lane.
  • Failure to redeliver hired vehicle from the 9000 block of Madison Boulevard.
  • Theft, fourth degree, from the 7000 block of Highway 72 West.
  • Theft, third degree, from the 100 block of Liberty Drive.
  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft, fourth degree, from the 200 block of Kyser Boulevard.
  • Illegal possession or use of credit card and theft, third degree, from the 3000 block of Sullivan Street.

 

April 18

  • Theft, third degree, from the 300 block of Holly Springs Drive.
  • Assault from the 200 block of Veranda Drive.
  • Criminal trespass, first degree, from the 400 block of Barrington Hills Drive.
  • Theft, second degree, from the 700 block of Seina Vista Drive.
  • Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Highway 72 West.

 

April 19

  • Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 block of Michael Avenue.
  • Theft, fourth degree, from the 100 block of Collington Place.
  • Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 100 block of Brandon Drive.
  • Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft, fourth degree, from the 2000 block of Flagstone Drive.
  • Reckless endangerment from the 2000 block of Flagstone Drive.
  • Domestic violence, third degree (harassment, family), from the 100 block of Mill Park Lane.
  • Theft, second degree, from the 100 block of Benson Boulevard.
  • Menacing, criminal mischief, third degree, and harassment from the 400 block of Walton Road.
