Patricia Duke; Oct. 28, 2012

Patricia Duke, 82, of Madison died on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012.

Graveside services were Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper.

Pat (Mrs. Harry Duke, Jr) was born in Brillant on Sept. 19, 1930. She graduated from Parrish High School in January 1949 and enlisted in the USAWAC in Aug. 19, 1949. She married SSGT Harry Duke, Jr. on Nov. 18, 1950. They were stationed in England till 1953 and started their family with the birth of Delilah Pamela Duke and Harry Jeffrey Duke. In 1955 they welcomed David James Duke to the family in Jasper. Several more moves took place until MSG Duke retired in Jan. 1, 1967.
