Danica Mikaya Lewis was born Dec. 22, 2012 at Crestwood Medical Center to Kyona Devezin and Damian Lewis of Harvest.

She weighed five pounds 14 ounces and measured 18 inches.

Grandparents are Carla Devezin of New Orleans, La., and Mory Lewis of Harvest.

Great-grandparents are Joy and Adrienne Devezin.
