Lawson Jackson Anderson; Jan. 23, 2013

Lawson Jackson Anderson, 92, of Madison passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23 at Madison Hospital.

Mr. Anderson was born in Harvest, on Aug. 12, 1920.

Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Pearl Kirk Anderson.

Mr. Anderson was a life long member and minister of the Church of Christ.

Mr. Anderson is survived by two sons Jim and wife Kathy Anderson; and Charles and wife Cathy Anderson; six grandchildren and their spouses; 10 great-grandchildren; sister Ermagene Laxson and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 2 p.m. at the West Huntsville Church of Christ with Glenn Colley and Paul Owen officiating. Burial followed at Athens City Cemetery. Visitation was from noon until 2 p.m. at the church.
