Hannah Kathryn Halbrooks was born Feb. 6, 2013 at Crestwood Medical Center to Dustin and Jennifer Halbrooks.

She weighed eight pounds 12 ounces and measured 21 inches.

Hannah has one sibling, Cade Halbrooks, 21 months.
