Two charged in Sullivan St. burglary

MADISON –Madison Police arrested Felipe Matias-Manual,29, of Huntsville and Pascual Matias-Miguel,24, of Decatur for Burglary 3rd degree and Theft of Property 3rd degree.

Both are charged with breaking into a business on 3776 Sullivan St. and stealing blank payroll checks on March 20. The checks were cashed in Decatur where more charges are pending. They are being held in the Madison County Jail on a $15,300 bond.
