Johnny Dale Wells, 62, of Madison, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 10. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Madison.
Survived by his wife, Beverly; daughter, Tammy Wells Jacques (Kevin); son, Brian Christopher Wells (Allison); grandchildren, Brayden Lee Jacques, Mattleigh Dayne Wells, Ryker Paxton Wells; mother, Virginia Wells; sister, Sherry Yarbrough; and brothers, Rickey Wells, Phil Wells.
Mr. Wells was preceded by his father, Fred Wells; and brother, Terry Wells. Visitation was held at Trinity Baptist Church on Thursday, March 14 at 1 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. Burial was at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
