Local Residents Earn Degree from WGU

SALT LAKE CITY – March 30, 2015 – The following local
residents have received their degree from Western Governors University
(WGU). The university held its 28th semi-annual commencement ceremony in
Orlando on February 7 and celebrated the graduation of more than 6,700
graduates. The university awarded 4,071 undergraduate and 2,657 graduate
degrees in business, information technology, K-12 teacher education, and
healthcare professions, including nursing. Graduates reside in all 50
states, the District of Columbia, as well as Armed Forces personnel
stationed overseas.

* Thomas Wettlaufer of Madison (35757) has received his MBA, Management
and Strategy

* Michael Lucente of Madison (35758) has received his Bachelor of Science,
Sales and Sales Management

* Joshua King of Madison (35756) has received his Master of Arts in
Teaching, Science (5-12)

Chairman and CEO of Capella Hotel Group, Horst Schulze, delivered the
commencement address. Students who were not able to attend the ceremony in
person were able to watch the event via live video stream on the WGU
website.
