Patriots and Jets begin three-game baseball series today
MADISON – This is baseball rivalry week between Bob Jones (33-7) and James Clemens (19-15). The two teams will meet tonight at Bob Jones at 5:30 p.m. A double-header will be held Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. at James Clemens.
The double-header was originally scheduled for Thursday, but was moved up due to the threat of storms later this week.
The Patriots can clinch a playoff with a win. James Clemens needs to win two games in the series, combined with a Austin win over Florence this week, to make it into the playoffs.
Bob Jones is ranked number one in 7A.
