The Big Reveal- Rocket City Trash Pandas to unveil uniforms June 20

MADISON – The Rocket City Trash Pandas, coming straight off their recent announcement of Buffalo Rock Company-Pepsi long-term partnership to include non-alcoholic beverage exclusivity when the minor league baseball team opens its season in 2020, have again set a special date for what will be the unveiling of all five of the official team uniforms.

On Thursday, June 20 from 6:30-8:30 p.m., the Trash Pandas are hosting “The Big Reveal” party at Huntsville’s Big Spring Park to unveil the first five uniforms for the team, which will kick off its first season next year. The gathering will be on the grounds of the Huntsville Museum of Art and is open to the public.

The evening will include a production starring local high school baseball players, a uniform fashion show starring local media celebrities, a peak into the progress of the new stadium, local radio star Mojo from WZYP-FM as the event master of ceremonies, food trucks and the latest information on how you can purchase the latest Trash Pandas jersey.

The Trash Pandas will open its first season of play in the Southern League next spring. The team’s stadium is currently under construction and located in the heart of Town Madison, located at Zerdt Road and I-565. Events like the upcoming The Big Reveal have assisted the team to break major branding and merchandising records for a new Minor League Baseball franchise. The efforts by the entire Trash Pandas organization have attracted unprecedented interest and fan engagement across the United States and several places across the globe.

The recent Pepsi announcement will also mean the soft drink brand and logo will be prominently featured throughout the stadium and main entry gate where over a half-million visitors are expected to arrive annually. The area will be known as Pepsi Gate.

More details on The Big Reveal are available by calling the Trash Pandas at 256-325-1412 or by visiting the team’s website at trashpandasbaseball.com.
