Grammy nominees The Avett Brothers to headline Huntsville Hospital Foundation fundraiser

Huntsville Classic tickets go on sale next Friday, Oct. 4

HUNTSVILLE – Huntsville Hospital Foundation announced today that one of the top acts in Americana music, The Avett Brothers, will headline its 36th annual Huntsville Classic fundraiser on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Huntsville’s Orion Amphitheater.

The American folk/rock band is known for their original songwriting and bluegrass style that has captured the hearts of fans for more than two decades. The Avett Brothers have received three prestigious GRAMMY nominations over the course of their dynamic career, including Best American Roots Performance for “Ain’t No Man,” in 2017. Their newly released album “The Avett Brothers,” was much anticipated, and has been in the works since 2019.

The 2025 Huntsville Classic concert will support the top-priority needs of not-for-profit Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children – the only hospital in the region committed to women’s health and advanced pediatric health care. Every ticket purchase directly supports advancement of this care to improve lives and health outcomes for thousands of local women and children.

“As our region grows, we are committed to providing world-class care locally, enabling patients and families access to high-quality care close to home,” said Huntsville Hospital Foundation President Sarah Savage-Jones. “By purchasing a concert ticket, you are doing much more than attending a great show. You’re investing in equipment, programs, technology, facility upgrades and more that elevate what’s possible for patients at our public hospital.”

Tickets for the 36th annual Huntsville Classic go on sale Friday, Oct. 4, via theorionhuntsville.com. Tickets range from $44 up to $125.

The Foundation thanks top sponsor Robins & Morton. VIP concert seats and benefits are also available for event sponsors. To learn more about sponsor opportunities, contact sponsorhhf@hhsys.org.

The 2025 Huntsville Classic is a Hendley Group production.
