Wreck involving Madison City School bus

School bus crash on Overton Road

Shortly after 3:00 p.m. a Madison City Schools bus was involved in an accident.

According to Madison Police the bus driver was turning around in a cul-da-sac near 109 Overton Road in the Mountain Brook subdivision off Zierdt Road.

As the driver made the turn she struck an unoccupied vehicle causing very minor damage to both vehicles. The bus was loaded with children but no injuries were reported. Madison Police is investigating the incident.
