Police arrest man for car break-ins

Madison Police arrested a man on Wednesday who is accused of breaking into four vehicles at the Dublin Park Recreation Center on Nov. 11.

A witness helped police identify suspect Huy Tran, 21, of Madison, according to police. Four warrants for unlawful breaking and entering an automobile and two warrants for theft of property in the third degree were obtained.

Police said Tran was taken to the Madison County Jail with a total bond of $10,600.
