Madison Senior Center hosts Zumba open house on Jan. 29

Madison Senior Center is hosting an open house for Zumba Gold(r) on Jan. 29 from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. The session is free.

Inspired by Latin and international dance, ZUMBA GOLD is a dance fitness program that uses low-impact moves. “The ongoing classes are great for beginners and active older adults,” interim center director Vickie Parker said.

Michelle During is class instructor. All ages are welcome for Zumba classes at the senior center.

The center’s address is 1282 Hughes Road, just south of Discovery Middle School. For more information, call Parker at 256-772-6242 or e-mail to vickie.parker@madisonal.gov.
