The trailer was later determined to be stolen and a separate investigation is underway by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
William Rogers,25, and Jeffrey Chism,24, both of Birmingham, were charged with Theft of Property First Degree and placed in the Madison County Jail on $5,300 bond.
