Four on the Floor Returns to Rotary’s “Parrots of the Caribbean”

For the seventh year in a row, Four on the Floor will entertain more than 700 attendees at “The Barn” on Martin Street in downtown Madison on Aug. 23.

“It has been said that our lives are chronicled by the music of the times,” the band’s website reads. “Four on the Floor plays the classic songs from the baby boom generation; from the soulful sounds of the 50’s and 60’s to the pop, disco and dance tunes of the 70’s and 80’s.”

Four on the Floor provides professional, high-energy entertainment.  The band can play nearly any type of music but really comes alive with great tunes from the golden age of rock ‘n’ roll.

Since 1986, Four on the Floor has played everything from public and private parties, weddings and benefits.  Based in Fayetteville, Tennessee, Four on the Floor travels mainly the surrounding area and the southeastern United States.

Crowd demand brings Four on the Floor back year after year to Parrots of the Caribbean.  The band’s style is to play popular, high-energy songs while also getting the audience involved–on their feet and on the dance floor.

The evening will kick off with some warm-up tunes at 5:30 by The Zooks, who are all about having fun. They play dance music from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and Motown, which will please any crowd.
