Francis “Gene” Eugene Keirnan died at age 82, November 18, 2014, on Merritt Island surrounded by his loving children, Rose, Mike, and Mary Lou Keirnan. He was buried at Florida National Cemetery. Mr. Keirnan was preceded in death by his spouse and childhood sweetheart, Joan. In addition to his 3 children, he is survived by their spouses and partners: Tracy Keirnan and Phil Luedee; and grandchildren: Emily Homrok, Allison, Leah, & Rachel Keirnan.
