Ansley Abigail Smith March 10, 2008 – July 7, 2015

Ansley Abigail Smith, 7, of Madison passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at her residence. She was a first grader at Madison Elementary School. She is survived by her parents, JR and Cassie Smith; sister, Lacy Smith; grandparents, Martin and Beverly Smith; grandmother, Vanessa Randall (Mike); grandfather, Tony Upton; great-grandfather, Vincent Smith.
Visitation was held Friday 1:00 to 3:00 at Berryhill Funeral Home with funeral service followed at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial was in Madison Memory Gardens. Pastor Tony Collins officiated. Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
