American Legion has canceled the wreath project on Jan. 7. CONTRIBUTED

MADISON – Because of weather conditions, American Legion Post 229 of Madison can canceled the “Picking up Wreaths” project, originally scheduled for Jan. 7.
Post Commander Carlos Woods has rescheduled the project to pick up wreaths for Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. Volunteers will meet at Madison Memory Garden, and the legion needs people to loan their trucks for the pickup.
