Lady Patriots claim Class 7A Area 8 title

CLASS 7A AREA 8 CHAMPS – The Bob Jones Lady Patriots completed their perfect Class 7A, Area 8 record last week by claiming the Area title last week at home. Bob Jones defeated Florence 57-30 in the tournament final on Thursday. They opened the tournament with a 44-25 win over cross-city rival James Clemens. The Lady Patriots (26-3) will face Oak Mountain in the Northwest Regional tournament at Wallace State on Thursday. The game starts at noon.
