Bob Jones grills Grissom

The large margin victory didn’t come to a surprise to anyone, as Bob Jones is one of the top-ranked schools in Alabama behind Hoover in Birmingham.

Grissom is still in rebuilding mode after a surprise fire of their Head coach early this season.

Bob Jones started the party early with two huge runs and a Nick Beabers touchdown run with 10:58 in the first leaving the score 7-0.

Grissom couldn’t find their offense when they got the ball for the first time and went three and out giving the Patriots back the ball. Bob Jones took that advantage and drove the ball down the field for another touchdown leaving the score 14-0 in the 1st

This wasn’t Grissom game has hey once again go three and out and give the ball back to the red hot patriots. With a couple key plays by the offence patriots Senior quarterback Jeffrey Moss was able to give a perfect throw to Nick Richardson for a Patriots touchdown leaving the score 35-0 at the end of the 1st

Grissom Defense had time to regroup but it didn’t work, as the patriots open up with a 30-yard pass which ended up leading to Moss throwing yet another touchdown making the score 42-0. With 1:16 Moss called a quarterback sneak and scored a touchdown making the score 49-0 going into halftime

But the night just wasn’t about the football team as this was there homecoming and everybody wanted to know who was going to win Homecoming Queen, senior Taylor Dahlgren took the tiara as this year’s homecoming queen.

The Patriots starters were out but that didn’t stop there second string, as they come out and score off a 30-yard run leaving the score 56-0.

In the 4th Grissom offence was finally coming alive but it was too late, while driving down field there quarterback throws an interception to William Ragland and he takes it to the house making the final score to be 63-0.
