Rainbow Elementary chess tournament

Participants in Rainbow Elementary's Chess Tournament.

Twelve students from 2nd through 6th grades at Rainbow Elementary competed in a school chess tournament on Friday, Jan. 28.

The winners were: First Place Michael Guthrie (3rd grade); Second Place Wesley Gaddy (2nd grade); Third Place tie between John Bartholomae (6th grade) and Antonio Muratoni (6th grade).

The Chess Club sponsor is Debbie Gulden.
