MADISON — Car Wash Express 3 opened up less than a month ago and owners Morris and Tamesha Beck have brought a sense of customer service to the car wash industry.

The two began their venture in Hartselle around seven years ago. Their customer first approach proved to be a success and they opened up Car Wash Express 2 in Athens a couple years later.

“We originally built it in Hartselle as a test location  to see where it would go,” Morris Beck said. “Two years later we ended up in Athens and from there moved to this great location in Madison.”

That is not the case at Car Wash Express 3. Beck said the business uses only the best soaps and waxes out of an automated dispenser called the “Bubblecano.” The LED lit dispenser makes soap foam look like volcano lava at night.

In addition to the top of the line waxes and soaps, Beck said the material used to wash the car from front to back is paint friendly and the smooth material will leave no residue on the car after it is washed.

“After each wash, each customer receives a microfiber towel, carpet mat machine and glass cleaner for use,” he said. “They also receive a free air freshener to which we have around nine scents to choose from.”

When it comes to customer service, the Beck’s go the extra mile.

They provide free car washes for the police vehicles and are also active in the school systems. In the past year, the Beck’s purchased sports equipment for schools in Athens and plan to be active in Madison City Schools as well.

“You know the government has had to cut some of these programs,” Tamesha Beck said. “So we want to do our part and help this community and struggling programs as long as it is a legitimate academic program.”

Car washes start at $6 and free vacuum equipment is also available with any wash for use.  For more information, call Car Wash Express 3 at 256-895-2693.
