MADISON – Historic downtown Madison will not have to wait for a Latin inspired bistro to infuse its downtown streets.

Local Farmers Insurance agent Sady Zayas will be opening the doors to Sady’s Bistro on Main Street next week and will offer food like their slogan says, “light and tasty.”

Zayas’ marketing representative Allen Stroud said that Zayas is excited to open after envisioning the project for over a year.

“Sady is excited to venture in her new restaurant business,” Stroud said. “She is even more excited to bring her excellent customer service into the restaurant business.”

Zayas, a native of Guatemala, will bring normal bistro items with a Latin twist with items like “Crepes de Fruta, Pancetta & Peppers and Spanish Gazpacho.”

“She’s going to bring a unique eating atmosphere to downtown Madison,” Stroud said. “And she is excited to see her culinary vision become a reality.”

Stroud said that there is no definite date when Sady’s Bistro on Main Street will open but said it will no open this coming week for sure.

“We hope to have a ribbon cutting sometime in May,” he said. “She is just happy to open the doors to a new venture.”

Sady’s Bistro on Main Street is located at 14 Main St., Suite B in Madison.
