Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Big Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church (230 Maple Street, Madison, AL 35758) with Pastor Leonard Shackleford officiated. Interment was in the Arnett Cemeteray. Ms. Ragland lay in repose one hour prior to funeral time. Public viewing was held from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at the Royal Funeral Home.
