MADISON – The Salvation Army Thrift Stores are in urgent need of volunteers.

Volunteers can help at the store in Madison at 385 Hughes Road, adjacent to Burger King on Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In Huntsville, the thrift store’s address is 2112 Oakwood Ave.; help is needed on Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Thrift store volunteers must be at least 18 years old and will assist with sorting, hanging, tagging and organizing merchandise. “Please contact me as soon as possible if you can help,” community relations coordinator Pamela Donald said.
