MADISON – James Clemens Jet Choir has scheduled a concert that will treat both the ear with harmonious music and also the palate with delicious treats.
The “Sweets and Sounds” musical extravaganza and fundraiser will be presented on Oct. 23 at 2 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Choir students will premiere their sounds that they have been developing for the 2016-2017 school year.
In addition to vocal performances, the Sweets and Sounds concert will feature dance routines and a silent auction. An array of delectable desserts will be served for guests to peruse and enjoy.
All ages are welcome to attend. Admission is free, but the choir students and their families will appreciate any donation that will help to pay for expenses in the choral department for music and equipment.
Harris Gessner is Choir Director at James Clemens.
