The Summit to host Korean veterans’ luncheon

MADISON – The twelfth annual “Luncheon Honoring Korean War Veterans” will be held on June 27 at The Summit on Redstone Arsenal.

“Please mark your calendar, and we hope that you will join us,” spokesperson K.C. Bertling said.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Serving as guest speaker will be Gen. Gustave F. Perna, who is Commanding General of U.S. Army Materiel Command.

Event co-host is NAVFOC.

The luncheon is offered at no cost to Korean War veterans. Other individuals will pay $20 per person. For military personnel, the attire will be duty uniform. Civilians should wear business attire.
