Donate to LifeSouth, receive movie ticket on Aug. 16-18

MADISON COUNTY – LifeSouth Community Blood Centers officials ask local residents to help fight blood shortages and to help patients in local hospitals. During the weekend of Aug. 16, registered donors will receive a gift.

As a thank-you, blood donors on Aug. 16, 17 and 18 will receive a free Fandango movie ticket and a T-shirt, Eric Franchois said. Franchois works in Madison as District Community Development Coordinator for LifeSouth.

“Please give blood, support the community blood supply, and enjoy a night at the movies on LifeSouth,” Franchois said. All donors also receive a cholesterol screening.
