The following is the Madison Police Department Incident Report from Dec. 6-12:

 

Dec. 6

Theft, first degree, from the 100 block of Intracoastal Drive.

Violation of a domestic violence order from the 10000 block of County Line Road.

Harassing communications from the 100 block of Royal Drive.

Criminal mischief, third degree, from the 100 block of Arlington Drive.

Harassment from the 100 block of Pine Willow Circle.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Theft, first degree, from the 100 block of Arlington Drive.

Robbery, third degree (street, other weapon), from the 9000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Duty to give information to render aid from the area of 12070 County Line Road and Browns Ferry Road.

 

Dec. 7

Theft of lost property, fourth degree, from the 7000 block of Highway 72 West.

Criminal mischief, second degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Lost and found property from the 100 block of Telluride Drive.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 9000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Duty to give information to render aid from the area of Browns Ferry Road and Wall Triana Highway.

Criminal mischief, third degree, from the 100 block of Pine Willow Circle.

 

Dec. 8

Firearms license required from the area of County Line Road and Watterson Way.

Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft, second degree, from the 900 block of Hughes Road.

Domestic violence (simple assault, family), third degree, from the 8000 block of Highway 72 West.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 2000 block of Hughes Road.

 

Dec. 9

Animals (abandoning) and animals (cruelty and caring for) from the 100 block of Wellington Drive.

Promoting contraband, second degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Burglary, third degree, and theft, second degree, from the 100 block of Secretariat Place.

Theft, first degree, from the 100 block of Secretariat Place.

Identity theft from the 800 block of Ashwood Circle.

Theft, third degree, from the 100 block of Royal Drive.

Duty upon striking a fixed object from the 100 block of Eastview Drive.

Theft, third degree, from the 100 block of Stornoway Court.

Harassment from the 100 block of Angela Drive.

 

Dec. 10

Impersonating peace officer from the 100 block of Lake Shore Drive.

Possession of forged instrument, second degree, receiving stolen property, first degree, and altered VIN offenses (felony) from the area of Mill Road and Mill Park Lane.

Duty to give information to render aid from the area of 5941 Wall Triana Highway.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 100 block of Hughes Road.

Driving under the influence (alcohol) from the area of Hughes Road and Whitehall.

Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

Fugitive from justice from the 8000 block of Madison Boulevard.

 

Dec. 11

Identity theft and theft, fourth degree, from the 100 block of Montrose Drive.

Harassment from the 600 block of Hughes Road.

Possession of forged instrument, third degree, from the 8000 block of Highway 72 West.

Burglary, third degree, and theft, second degree, from the 100 block of Royal Drive.

Cruelty to animals from the 100 block of Briargate Lane.

 

Dec. 12

Theft, fourth degree, from the 8000 block of Highway 72 West.

Domestic violence (aggravated assault), second degree, from the 4000 block of Sullivan Street.

Attempted burglary (force, residence), third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, from the 200 block of Waters Edge Lane.

Burglary, third degree, and theft, first degree, from the 500 block of Colonial Lake Drive.

Domestic violence (harassment, family), third degree, from the 100 block of Park Square Lane.
